Your warm, friendly welcome, professionalism and availability at Comptoir Phenix, our new restaurant in Lyon Saint-Paul, will ensure that our customers are delighted!
Your missions
- You will be responsible for setting up room service (laying tables, preparing menus and slates, restocking the cellar, etc.).
- You welcome customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- You’ll ensure quality table service, not only by managing your saloon, but also by making yourself useful to your colleagues during the coup de feu.
- You listen to customers and react quickly to their requests.
- You comply with hygiene standards and procedures when clearing and cleaning equipment and the room.
- You take part in setting up seminars, cocktail parties…
Profile required
- You’re inspired by the history of the place and feel like an innkeeper.
- You enjoy connecting with customers, telling them about our fresh, local produce and how it’s cooked.

Monday to Friday (closed at weekends, except for special events), continuous day or breaks according to schedule.
Salary and bonuses according to profile and experience.
