L’Auberger Lyonnais, who grew up at Le Globe, and Cecil, the “dunce-engineer” who finally decided not to let the family business go. An entrepreneur at heart and a leader in his field, his vision of the hotel business is based on three pillars: providing food, lodging and human relations.
