
Kitchen assistant (M/F)
Accompanied by our Head Chef, you’ll be directly involved in delighting guests at Comptoir Cecil, just 50 meters from Place Bellecour!
At Comptoir Cecil, cooking is a participatory process: every week, the menu is drawn up by the entire team.

Your missions
- You are the operational partner of the Manager
- You organize the set-up of the service
- You train the team that supports you
- You’ll supervise a variety of workstations (starters, main courses or desserts, breakfasts, snacks, aperitif times, group cocktails, etc.).
- You maintain equipment and premises in accordance with standards
- You will assist the Manager in stock management

Profile required
- You know how to manage a team
- You show initiative, with good stress management skills
- You’re passionate about cooking and culinary discoveries, and you like to share your ideas.
- You are a team player
- You are a self-starter
- You are dynamic, responsive and versatile
- You’re a good teacher and a caring person
- You have a sound knowledge of all types of cuisine

Salary: depending on experience
Type of employment: CDI 39h/week, Monday to Friday (closed on weekends, excluding special events), continuous day or breaks according to schedule.
