
Chef de partie (M/F)
Accompanied by our Head Chef, you’ll be directly involved in delighting guests at Comptoir Cecil, just 50 meters from Place Bellecour!
At Comptoir Cecil, cooking is a participatory process: every week, we draw up the seasonal menu together.

Your missions
- You organize the setting up of the service, in agreement with the Chef.
- You train and show the clerks and apprentices who work with you how it’s done.
- You’ll be multi-skilled in a variety of roles (starters, main courses or desserts, breakfasts, snacks, aperitif times, group cocktails, etc.).
- You maintain equipment and premises in accordance with standards.

- You’re passionate about cooking and culinary discoveries, and you like to share your ideas.

- You’re a good teacher and a caring person
- You have a wide and varied knowledge of all types of cuisine

Type of employment: CDI 39h/week, Monday to Friday (closed on weekends, excluding special events), continuous day or breaks according to schedule.
Salary: from €2,200.00/month
