At Les Aubergistes Lyonnais, every detail counts.
Our corridors, those passages we sometimes pass through without looking at them, deserved to be given a place of their own in the experience we offer our customers.
Today, they’ve been reinvented in keeping with our chic, Alice in Wonderland-inspired universe:
– framed playing cards,
– hanging golden keys,
and a carpet with carefully chosen patterns to extend the story right under your feet.
It’s not just a renovation.
It’s a discreet but sincere tribute to a place that carries over 150 years of history and emotion.
A place that Loïc Renart, our managing director, knows better than anyone, having grown up here, within these walls, and having driven this transformation with passion.
This work marks an important stage in our drive for excellence led by Mathilde Virieux. But above all, they reaffirm what makes us strong: our difference.
No uniformity, no standardization. Just a singular home that embraces its character and invites everyone to enjoy a timeless experience.
