Some events are as eagerly awaited as the first Christmas lights. At Aubergistes Lyonnais, it’s the Village. Our special moment.
On November 6, 2025, we look forward to seeing you at the Phénix Hôtel, from 6pm, for the 5thᵉ edition of this now cult evening: a meeting halfway between a mini SIRHA and a big family party.
What exactly is the village?
Imagine a joyous evening market where our producers, artisans and partners set up their stalls to let you taste their treasures: wines, cheeses, terrines, condiments, spirits, oils, chocolates… And in between bites, we chat, toast and laugh.
A gourmet cocktail is served throughout the evening, designed around the products of our suppliers, with original pairings and a few culinary surprises that we’re still keeping secret (but which should awaken your taste buds).

A free evening, open to all!
Yes, you read that right: the Village des Aubergistes Lyonnais is free and open to all.
Every year, we meet our loyal customers, our teams and our suppliers, as well as friends, journalists, curious onlookers, food influencers and even a few figures from the Lyon scene. Around 200 people gather under the vaulted roof of the Phénix to celebrate what binds us together: a taste for good food and the joy of being together.
A story of family and values
For us, the Village is more than just an event: it’s the common thread running through the whole year.
It’s where we meet up with those with whom we work hand in hand, those who inspire us, those who share our desire to bring local, human and sincere food to life.
Behind every stand, there’s a story, a face, a know-how.
And we like to shine a light on them as we would on a friend.
2025: an edition under the sign of the five senses
This year’s Village theme plays with our emotions: the five senses.
We promise an evening full of flavours, sounds, textures and visual surprises. Maybe even a few chills, who knows?
That’s all we’re saying, but prepare yourself for an experience that can’t just be seen: it can also be felt.
At Aubergistes Lyonnais, we don’t do things by halves. We like to gather, share, laugh and tell stories around a good meal.
Le Village is exactly that: a suspended moment, a great modern banquet where everyone is invited.
