2. Culina Hortus – Vegetarian gastronomy

Lyon 1 – Terreaux
A Michelin-starred restaurant without meat or fish, but with a festival of plant-based flavors. Ultra-refined, creative and totally stunning.

3. Bouchon Tupin – Lyon tradition with finesse

Lyon 2 – Ainay
A bouchon that respects the basics without falling into caricature. Warm service, fine produce, generous dishes.

4. Nosch – Stylish bistro, relaxed atmosphere

Lyon 1 – Cordeliers
Fresh, fast and tasty food in a very cool atmosphere. Ideal for lunch or a tapas-style aperitif-dinner.
Prices: lunchtime formulas around €18-22, evening sharing plates €6-12

5. Le Café du Peintre – Chic and fair

Lyon 6 – Foch
A solid, discreet address, beloved by regulars. Classic Lyonnais cuisine with a fine mastery of cooking and sauces.

9. La Bijouterie – Fusion food & gastro fun

Lyon 2 – Ainay
A tasting menu inspired by world cuisine. Arty dressings, straightforward tastes, relaxed service. Sometimes you eat with your fingers.

La Bijouterie’s little sister: chill format, large tables, plates to share and inventive cuisine. Ideal for groups.
Prices: tapas €8-16, tasting menu €40
