
Receptionist (M/F)
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay!

Your missions
- You welcome all our visitors.
- You process reservations via email and booking platforms as quickly as possible.
- You optimize hotel reservations by controlling room schedules and rates.
- You will register arrivals, hand over keys and efficiently inform our customers about our services and those of the surrounding area.
- You meet concierge needs (transport reservations, entertainment, tourism…)
- You are able to maintain your composure and professionalism in the event of a complaint or dispute.
- You cash in and close your day’s accounts.
- You suggest improvements to products, services and procedures.

Profile required
- Smiling and friendly
- Rigorous
- Autonomous and able to find solutions quickly and make (good) decisions
- Able to communicate constructively and sympathetically with colleagues
- A source of suggestions for improving service.
- Must be fluent in English
- First experience in the hotel industry or recent hotel school graduate

Job type: Full time, permanent contract
